No time for gym!Gym schedule problem! Theirs always a way to stay healthy… Exercise at home with my brave princess elouis…As a eldest of the family with all girls siblings I need to stay strong.. To help out our family dry and wet market.. I need to carry heavy supplies for our stores.. And to do that I need to exercise.. At the same time spending time with outside. After lifting a 4-14 kilo dumbel.. If the weather is good we are going out side to for a walk/jogging (at night).. To stay healthy together at the same time banding together usually with elouis furdad.
